Engineered for Water
The time has come. The large Spanish watch group Festina has recently launch a putting water-filled clear plastic bags as it's campaign 'what we believe is what we see'. According to the motto itself, it refers to the company being fully transparency on its product to the potential buyers. This concept has been overwhelmingly brilliant in the eyes of watch lovers; this has never being done before by any major watch companies.
''Profundo'' in spanish means deep. It shows that these watch can go deeper into the water with apparently very long lengths of time and it is perfectly okay to be put on your wrist while diving into the water.
What I like the most is that the retail packaging totally sells the concept of its watch. With the concept and motto of the watch company combined, it will convince its customers to confidently purchase and wear their watches without any distraction of damaging it since it is perfectly waterproof.

The packaging is very simple yet elegant. Featuring only the company's logo and its slogan. This packaging would give an impact in terms of brand positioning to show its durability towards water. Being subjected to this visible test of endurance, it can convince the customers to buy this high end waterproof watch.
