Lately, We have seen Burger King has been boosting their marketing effort in order to build their brand reputation especially in Malaysia. Despite the challenges and competition from other food chain company such as McDonald's.
In Malaysia, McDonald has a strong brand image compare to Burger King. Therefore, Burger King has been struggling to attract customers to buy their product. Thus, Burger King has came out with a lot of promotion in order to attract potential customer.
Burger King target market is Children because most children like to eat fast food and parents like to take them to a fast-food restaurant. The second audience could be young teenagers because Burger King has a colorful image and good space shop that suitable for the teenagers to spend their free time and hang out with their friends.
Burger King has managed to penetrate their market by doing a lot promotion such coupons in order to attract potential customers and also expand their brand loyal customers. As we can see frequently now that Burger King has came out with a lot of coupon.
An overall observation that i can concluded about the effectiveness of the promotion coupon, it has been a successful marketing strategy as it has attracted a lot of potential customers to buy their product. The promotion is one of the important factors that has been applied by Burger King. As example, many customers came to Burger King in Central I City after the promotion coupon starts to eat there.
